Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If the item you received is damaged or defective please contact us with 48 hours of receiving shipment.


Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided within 2 business days for all lifestyle merch. Due to high volume, we ask that you allow 5-7 business days for all Her Kinkz ® units as they are made to order.

If for any reason there is further delay in our shipping process you will be notified for a negotiable compensation.

Once your order has left our facility we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or shipping delays with our shipping partners.
